Description Charge. The next vigor from Bioshock Infinite, and the third vigor in my line, so far.

Thank you all for offering so much support and inspiration! Your participation, sharing and appreciation is what helps me do what I love, full-time!

Charge is about 10" tall, with a glass bottle as the foundation for the sculpture. Hand-sculpted, painted, aged and sealed by yours-truly. Message me for any commission questions or other project ideas! I am quicker to respond if messaged through my official Facebook page.

Continue to follow my official page and keep an eye out for the rest of my vigors....Hmmm.....What should the next one be? See my Undertow (shared by Irrational Games and BioShock Official) and Murder of Crows in this gallery as well.

Wow, you're incredible. Your Bioshock replicas are the best I've seen (even including the official ones cause those aren't real bottles, go figure). It's also awesome that you're so willing to share your process, rather than keeping your secret to yourself, so others can learn and practice.

Also please please please do bucking bronco! It's my all time favorite, as soon as I got it in the game I used it the entire way through, but almost nobody has made a replica of it. I'd love to see what you can do with it.

Again, amazing job, hope to see more soon

Already put this in my favourites a while ago, but after I was using your Vigor as a reference for my try bloodcurdlingraccoon.deviantar… . I just owe it to you to comment on your work as well! Β
I love the aged look on both of your vigors, especially on the decals. I honestly wasn't patient enough considering the decals and just painted them by hand instead of printing and that complex aging process. Additionally I have to compliment you for the great setting for showcasing the crafts. The photo of Elisabeth and that Murderer of Crows wallpaper in the background add perfectly to your presentation!

You are really good at this! Do you make the bottle from scratch? Or do you use something for a base?

Thank you! I use glass bottles as the base, but everything you can see on this vigor is completely sculpted clay. The bottle on the inside just serves as a vessel, so this can be used as a bottle.

Wow! another great piece! I've been following the progress on your FB and I am impressed! So impressed I was with your undertow vigor, that I decided to give it a go myself and used your piece as reference

I do have a question, though, how do you get your labels to look aged? Do you have a process? methods that you use? For your overall vigors, what have you found that works best? what didn't work at all? I'm so eager to learn this stuff is awesome!

If you have a spare moment (I know and realize they're sometimes hard to come by), I would love it if you were able to take a look at the one I did and possibly give me some feedback? If not, don't worry about it, I totally understand But thanks if you do and thanks if you don't!

What an honor! That is SO cool that you chose to use mine as a reference!!!! O_O I just checked out your profile, and left some comments on your Undertow.

When it comes to labels, they are printed in their "true" appearance (full color, no real aging) then I back the prints with a pressboard/sturdy cardboard for some substance and apply a sealer. Next I hand cut/scrape/jab/generally abuse the label with razors or exacto knives. The next part is basically an application of this antiquing "gel" I create, myself (A combination of gloss sealers, browns/rusts/dark color acrylics and a little water) to really thoroughly coat the label with. Next is to wipe off the gel, leaving it only in the cracks and tears you created earlier in the paper. I do some additionally shading around the edges by hand.

I use that same antique gel with the completed and painted piece, with the "wiping off" technique after application.

I hope that helps!!!
