Description
This is a story i Illustrated for Baen's Universe. The short story was written my L.E Modesitt jr. about a man who sacrifices himself to unleash a weapon of unimaginable power to save his own planet from destruction. The events play out every 30 years or so in the abandoned city where he took off from, his phantom spirit repeating the events of that day for all time.My second piece in Painter, think it came out well.
