I like the spike and mouth on the chair. Why does he still have an arrow stuck in his pauldron? Wouldn't that get annoying after a few years?

Wow, that looks great! It looks kinda Warhammer-like, is that intentional? (maybe it's a dead give-away, but I don't know much about WH).
