Yep

Though in this case all 6 wolves there are sisters! I don't remember their names, or which one this is though

Very nice perspective of this creature I love the alert stance he/she is taking.

On a side note: snow is not always a friend O.o

Too bright?

Normally this exhibit is too overgrown to see anything at all... so I was glad that it was snowy I suppose.

All 6 wolves there are sisters and they plan on releasing them in the near future The glass is a one sided mirror so that they don't become adjusted to people too! In other words, she had no idea I was there

Snow tends to throw off the white balance. I still have yet to fully conquer snow...

That's awesome about the wolves!! Sooooo cool!! *hugs wolf*

And what's more is that I confirmed that they are Mexican Grays, a really really rare type that they also have in Columbus

I saw one at a zoo once in Idaho. They looked like they were used to seeing people and hardly reacted to our presence. It wasn't great because the majority of them had they're backs turned and or sleeping.

I know the feeling... normally when I see these wolves or others at the Columbus Zoo they are sleeping, but that's normally to do with WHEN someone is seeing them. If you go see wolves during the day, especially when it's warm, then they'll most likely be sleeping and waiting for dusk or dawn to be active. I was so glad that I went during the winter on a cold day, it was the first time that I've seen the wolves in Cleveland up and about.

Also, those wolves in Idaho may well have been adjusted to humans, or they might not have known you were there! I don't know how that exhibit was set up, but these were separated from guests with one sided mirrors and are kept wild so that they can be released
