Bio: Little is known about Spectre, except that he was raised in an orphanage until he discovered that mixing an aeresol can and a lighter creates flaming fun (To him, anyways). He respects noone except Falhart and the other two Phantoms, and couldn't care less if the whole world burned. Infact, he has that very goal in mind.
Weapons: Ak-47, RPD HMG, Bazooka, grenades, and God knows what else he hides in that trench-coat.
Powers/abilities: Ability to phase, which allows him to walk through solid-objects, and also causes physical attacks to go through him like smoke.
