introduction

"STORMY. SARAH. JAKE. D.J. WAKE THE FUDGE UP!" Stormy's dad yelled so loud. He was in the kitchen making eggs and bacon. Stormy came out of his room like a zombie, dragging his feet while walking to the dinner table.
"Wheres D.J.?" Stormy's father asked.
"Where do you think... he's *YAWWWWWN* still sleeping..." Stormy sat down in the table, resting his head on the table.
"Whah time ish it?" Stormy mumbled out. Stormy's father checked the clock.
"7:14." Suddenly there was a knock at the door. Stormy just stayed at the table.
"Can you get that?" Stormy's dad asked.
"Meh." Stormy lazily got up from his seat and walked over to the door. He turned the knob then opened the door. It was Danny, one of Stormy's best friends. He was a Panda, with green eyes and was wearing a white shirt with black edges and black skinny jeans. He had a grey sling backpack. On his back.
"Hey." Danny said cheerfully.
"Come in." Stormy let him in, then closed the door behind him.
"Your still not ready yet?" Danny asked. Both Stormy and Danny sat down at the dinner table.
"I just woke up and didn't have breakfest yet." Stormy answered. He just yawned.
"Stormy, go wake up everyone." Stormy's dad asked politely. Stormy moaned and did what he said. He went over and knocked on Jake's door.
"JAKE WAKE UP!" Stormy yelled loudly. Stormy yelled loud enough for D.J. to wake up, because he walked out out his room, which he shared with Stormy's room. D.J. was 12 years old, a year younger than Stormy, and looked like Stormy except his hair was royal boot.
"Thanks for waking me up!" D.J. screamed.
"Your welcome princess." Stormy replied back sarcastically. Stormy started to bang on Jake's door.
"JAKE WAAAKE UPPPPPP!" Stormy yelled. Jake opened the door, looking angry as ever.
"WHAT?!" Jake asked angrily.
"Dad said to wake everyone else up. Now you go wake up Sarah." Stormy answered.
"What the--"
"No cussing!"
"Crap. What. The. Crap." Stormy walked back into the dining room. There, he saw Danny and D.J. eating bacon and scrambled eggs off their plate.
"Hey! Thats no fair!" Stormy yelled. But then Stormy's dad had a plate for him, Sarah and Jake to the side.
"Grab a plate." Stormy's dad said. Stormy just grabbed a plate from the other side of the counter and grabbed a fork, then sat down next to D.J., who was pretty much almost finishing his plate. Jake and Sarah finally came downstair. Just like Stormy, they dragged their feet like zombies. They even groaned to make it seem like it.

*later at lunch*

It was 1st lunch for the 5th - 7th graders. Soon, the cafateria was flooded with hungry pre-teens. Stormy decided to skip lunch today and sat at the usual spot he and his "popular" friends sit at, near the windows and in the center of the cafeteria.
"Hey Stormy." Mandy said. She put her tray of food down onto the lunch table next to Stormy, then sat down next to him.
"Hey." Stormy replied back. Mandy got a salad, being self-concious.
"So we still got plans for this weekend?"
"Yeeeeaaaahhhhh?".
"Just asking." Mandy said. She took the packet of ranch dressing and ripped it open, drizzling it over the salad. Then she took the fork out of its wrapper and started to eat her salad.
"Why aren't you eating?" Mandy asked. Mandy was Stormy's "girlfriend". They have been on dates before. She was a blue hedgehog with black hair, always dresses preppy, and really likes Stormy.
"I don't really feel like eating..." Stormy replied dully.
"You sound sad. Something wrong?"
"No... not really..."
"Okay... if you want you can have my croutons." Mandy shoved the bowl of crutons toward Stormy. He took the offer and ate them quietly. All of a sudden, a tray was plopped down right next to Stormy, making him jump.
"HOLY SH--" Stormy said loudly, but got interupted by Danny.
"Heyyy buddy!" Danny said. Danny took a seat across from Stormy and Mandy.
Mandy and Danny exchanged a nice 'hey' to each other.
"Hey Danny."
"Hey Mandy."
Danny's species was a panda. He got good grades in math (being asian, naturally), and known Stormy since they were born. Stormy lived next to Danny, and both their families are close with each other. Danny liked to wear regular plain t-shirts, black converse, and black watches. Danny's tray of food was a cheeseburger, a pudding cup and a EMERALD SPRINGS water bottle.
"So, hows it going?" Danny asked. He grabbed his cheeseburger and took a big bite.
"Whatever 'it' is, its going good." Stormy answered.
"Alright then?" Danny said, with his mouth full. Sarah saw the group of 3 eating, and decided to eat with them.
"Hey guys!" Sarah said. She sat down next to Danny, dropping her tray onto the table. She got a sandwich, fruit snacks and a Emereald Springs water bottle.
"Hey."
"Sup."
"Heyyyyy."
"Where's DJ?" Sarah asked.
"He's coming. I see him right there." Stormy answered. Sarah decided to eat her sandwich. Sarah was Stormy's little sister. She is 11 years old and in the 4th grade. She has black hair with royal blue highlights, and loves to wear VANS originials, skinny jeans and light sweatshirts.
Right when Sarah put down her sandwich to get a drink, DJ sat next to Sarah, scaring her from behind.
"WOA--" Sarah screamed.
"Hi to you too." DJ said. His tray just had a water bottle and a slice of pizza. DJ was Stormy's younger brother, but older than Sarah. D.J.'s hair was a big bang, which was royal blue, covering his left eye. He wears Stormy's hand-me-downs and he likes to dress cool.
"So whats up?" Stormy asked. He was starting to finish his croutons.
"Mr. Henrio gave me a science project." Stormy complained.
Mandi replied back; "Gave US a science project, It IS science class."
Danny finished his cheeseburger, and starting to eat the pudding with the metal spoon on the tray.
"Whats the project?" DJ asked. He startred to eat his pizza, but dabbed his pizza with a napkin.
Mandy answered, finished her sandwich, "We have to do a project on the solar system. Essay and a model. Due in 2 weeks."
"Dang. That sucks. Whos doing what?"
"We're both doing the work. Stormy and I are going to my house to get my labtop and come to your guys's house and start the essay."
