I donΒ΄t know what the "neo" exactly means, I think something like "new" or something, but anyway, it sounds scifish and it helps if you donΒ΄t want to invent a new city name. so you just slap that in front of a existing city.

its a roleplay system. one of the original big ones.
its set in a cyberpunk worl, but with magic and stuff.
its set in 2060-2077 depending on which version of the rulebook you use.
