No doubt the Terrans started the 4 Years War in the Mirror Universe, or whatever they called it. Which was probably more of a series of skirmishes, until both sides didn't have enough resources to carry on, and stopped. Because the Klingons were definitely still around and kicking around TNG era.

I was watching an episode of Star Trek Voyager called "Warship Voyager" and saw Commander Chakoty with an awesome face tattoo.If you ever decide to draw Chakoty check that episode out and you'll see what I mean.

This appears to be early or mid 23rd century,judging by the warp nacels.it is a very well made design and a perfect addition to the fleet.HAIL THE EMPIRE!
