Hmm... Tall, broken nose, big blue eyes, "thick [muscular] arms", flat chest, wide mouth, pretty good, better than most depictions of Brienne.
If your really going for book-accurate, though, her shoulders should be much wider (3.5 heads wide, proportionately) and her neck, waist, and chest wider, more muscular and barreled out like a big man's.* Her hands and feet should be significantly bigger as well.**
*(Jaime describes "her thick muscular chest", "the muscles in her great [aka huge and imposing]Β shoulders" and her "bigger neck [muscles than himself]" in Harrenhal, and later recalls that she heaved "a boulder the size of a cow" off of a cliff after swimming through a rushing river and scaling said cliff to reach it. She'd pretty much need a hulking athletic man's body to pull that off without destroying her joints or running out of stamina.)
**(Jaime says that Brienne has "hands as big as Gregor Clegane's [The Mountain's]" in Harrenhal, and everyone else plainly describes them as "huge" and "thick" like they would describe a huge man's. This implies a wider, thicker skeleton, presumably wider and thicker than most men's considering she's naturally "significantly heavier" and more muscular than most men.)

Glad that you liked it, I have read the books but I haven't watched much of the series. I think one of the things that might be holding me back a bit is that exact thing of I have ideas of what the characters look like in my head so when they don't match in the series I tend to disconnect a bit :S
