Have I reached a whole new level of lameness?I believe I have.
This is the sweet spirit Chocolat from the anme Yumeiro Patissiere, which has about as much creativity and originality as the next shoujo anime/manga....and YET I STILL watch it....is there something clinically wrong with me? I think so. Either way, as far as story goes the anime is pretty lame, but watching food getting made is always fun, reality or anime and so I watch it...ugh....
I felt like drawing some sort of fairy, so this is how this came out, mostly because Chocolat and tsundere character is absolutely adorable, probably might have done Caramel because she has a certain moe factor but let's just stop now before I screw my brain over even more than usual...
Some of the colouring is a bit off because half way through I was forgetting what I was doing and coloured her top the wrong colour (just fail) not that it really matters seeing as I don't have the right colours for her anyway....

Is this what Chocolat would look as an adult? XD Really pretty and detailed! It would be nice if you could do the rest of the others, but that would be too much work.

LOL! No, I felt like drawing Chocolat but I'm not good at chibi characters, and I felt like doing a full body sketch, this is how it turned out...I might do Caramel one day, but I don't like Vanilla as much in terms of design hahah! I'm so fussy!
I'm glad you like it! I wouldn't call it too detailed LOL it's all photoshop, that day my colouring was off alot, I haven't done much since though...I'm just not as inspired to do anything and I need to improve alot more!

lolol....yes that's part of the reason I keep watching it even though I said at the beginning I wouldn't....there is just something so appealing about watching anime foods being made lol....especially when it turns out all sparkly...makes me hungry though with a serious craving for sweets >>; especially strawberry tarts TT^TT
And yes Chocolat's design is pretty awesome, she is such an adorable character, the way the artist has drawn the spirits is nicely done, probably one of my favourite aspects to the show along with the food....
