I dreamed this up when I was listening to 'Carnival of Rust' by Poets of the Fall. I know, I suck at drawing the positions of hands and arms.

Phew, it has been a long time ago I made a dramatic Yaoi-picture. Oh well, here it is.

Trent and Duncan had been a couple for a week. They were happy together and loved each other. Every night they went to the city to hang out. They thought that nothing would get in their way.

Until that night.

It was late at night and Trent and Duncan were going home. They held each others hand. 'I know a shortcut.' Duncan said, pointing to an alley. Trent nodded, but suddenly, he turned around. 'What's the matter?' 'I thought I heard footsteps...' But there was nobody.
They walked into the alley and still held each others hand. Then Trent let go of Duncan's hand and stopped walking. 'Duncan...' he whispered. 'Yes?' 'I want to tell you something...' 'Tell me.' Trent sighed. 'You're the best thing that has happened in my whole life.' Duncan smiled. 'Thank you.' he said. He grabbed his friend's hand again and wanted to continue walking. Then they heard someone kicking against a can of soda.
'DUNCAN!'
The boys recognized that voice. They turned around and saw a girl. She had brown hair, a slightly tanned skin, freckles and she was wearing a long raincoat. It was Courtney. She looked bad. She got somewhat thinner and she had bags under her eyes.'How dare you go out with him!?' she yelled. She pointed to Trent. 'Courtney,' Duncan sighed irritated. 'I already told you I want to go on with Trent, not you. Go home.' Courtney stared at him for a moment. Then she grabbed something out of her pocket. Duncan and Trent were shocked: it was a gun!
'You are MY boyfriend!' she yelled. She pointed her gun to Trent. 'It's all your fault! You have taken him away from me!' 'Courtney, put that gun down,' yelled Duncan. 'SHUT YOUR MOUTH!" Courtney shouted. 'It's all your fault, Trent!' 'Courtney...' Trent said. "SHUT UP!!!'. The CIT bent her finger around the trigger. Trent heard a click. He squeezed his eyes shut. He heard Duncan's voice. "NO!" And at that moment, he felt that someone held him tightly.

A loud bang.

The smell of gunpowder.

Someone gasped.

Trent didn't feel any pain in his chest. However, he felt something wet and warm on his chest. He opened his eyes and saw Duncan's face.
The punk stared at him with wide eyes and a trickle of blood flowed from his mouth. He coughed softly: three blooddrops landed on Trent's face. Trent looked down. He gasped; his whole shirt was covered in blood! 'It's Duncan's blood.' he realized. Duncan lose his grip around Trent's waist and fell on the ground, bleeding. His back was also covered in blood. There was a little hole in it.
Trent heard Courtney whispering 'Shit!', then he heard her running away. He was all alone, with his dying boyfriend. Trent saw Duncan closing his eyes, yet he was still breathing. Trent started to panic. 'NO!' he yelled. He kneeled down at Duncan and lifted his head. 'Hang in there! Please!' He grabbed his mobile phone from his pocket and dialed some buttons. He pressed his mobile phone against his ear. He heard his heart pounding in his head. Then he finally heard a voice. 'Hello?' 'Hello, 911...?' Trent replied. 'There has been a shooting affair! My boyfriend has been shot!' He softly rocked Duncan. 'Hang in there...' Trent whispered.

DUN DUN DUN DUN, CLIFFHANGER!

So, what do you guys think? Will Duncan make it, or will he die in Trent's arms?
