i wish i didn't have to say

i wish i could feel your finger tips
running round my skin again
so now as tears run down my face
and i miss tonight your tendernesss
i think about when we where one
and feel you close as we where then
i kiss your lips and share your bed
and dream all night this gentle dream
to wake in the morning without you again
