Bound to a love, never showingIt burns inside, This pain is flowing
Watch me die, Never knowing
Why I love, the ones I love...
Inside my body, I am hurting
From this pain, From this flirting
While I write, im asserting
Listen to me, Listen to me
In a poem, I declare
Throw my cards into the air
Why Am I left with such despair
Why go on, Why go on
I know these things aren't that hard
That we hurt, and we are scarred
My passion I'm afraid, I must guard
Cause im in a rut, in a rut
Why must I hide, and make you seek
While I stand here, weary and meek
Why does my poetry, only bespeak
I'm here for you, only you
