Bit of a mini one this time around, I've finally learned my lesson on these stage select screens are are too big for my normal panels. So now they're chapter breaks. And yeah I changed Mega's eye color yet again I've experimented, I made the mistake with green and the dark blue was almost like black, so now I have this lighter blue that stands out from his helmet finally.

Originally Razor, Fuel, and Hydro Man were named Blade, Oil, & Wave man. But if you know your Mega Man games you'll know those names were reused in future games, and yes Blade Man from 10 was also purple. Something else to note, Torch Man was used instead of Fire Man.exe in the English version of the Battle Networks Manga (for censorship reasons) And speaking of NetNavis yes this is the original Shark Man.

I'd like to think Capcom was digging through their old stuff saw old DOS games and decided to rework it. So the Recycle theme has also gone Meta too. Next thing you'll tell me Devil May Cry was an unused Resident Evil game concept...wait.
