She is from Young Justice. And she only appeared twice. The first time was in their first issue, where she turned into a super-villainous catgirl with giant jubblies, and promptly fell over due to being way too top-heavy. As it turns out, she is completely incapable of standing up normally due to her... huge tracts of land. Super-strength is NOT one of her abilities. Later, it turned out her headlights gave her very powerful mind-control abilities. Unfortunately for her, she still couldn't walk on her own and had to be supported by two henchies (who were only henchies due to aforementioned abilities). When government agents Fite and Madd incapacitated said henchies, she immediately fell to the ground where her gazongas could do no harm.

Basically, she's a parody of how comic-book characters are overly endowed. And I'm almost certain she didn't make it to the reboot OR to the show Young Justice (though I would laugh my arse off if she did).
