Another "random Pokemon Gijinka" idea; I had this as a concept to go alongside the Polteageist girl but it doesn't necessarily have to go alongside them since it could just be some random girl or someone's if they want it. But the general idea: a high-class, maidenly/princessy Steenee who basically has been told to do things someone else's way or who always get her way all this time finally...doesn't. She basically has a ton of pent up stress and emotion but her family and everyone around has told her to basically never learn or use the move "Stomp" since it would alter her forever; she has to keep being what they told her to be, to be the nice, sweet girl. But eventually it all comes crashing down and finally, finally reaching her last straw, she uses that move for the first time...and feels incredible release and happiness for the first time ever...while massively undergoing a massive growth spurt (was she working out in secret; was it just her true genetic potential?) as she evolves into a Tsareena.

Yeah, it's basically Isabela Madrigal in some regards for the concept but...I mean they're both plant-associated so it...sort of works...maybe? (and as usual if anyone else wants it, inquire within)
