Discovered another great toony-style artist recently by the name of who does a lot of the stuff I really like (cute style, femmuscle, poofy dresses...), and decided to give them a shot with a bizarre idea I had a couple years back: a North Woods Minnesota girl who can "inflate" herself from a human tomboy to a buff, buxom and beautiful otter girl.
