Description
Staying in New Orleans for another pre-Lent/Fat Tuesday/Mardi Gras/Carnival celebration, I decided to actually focus not on the parade but the "Mardi Gras balls" that tend to happen in some parts of the world, including in the US. I surprisingly hadn't used N'awlins native Lily; thus we get here this time around (being formal for once as opposed to jazzy...or striped). Likewise we get another southern girl by way of Carol Ann, who knows the best regarding belle "genteelness" (just keep her away from the cashews, pecans or anything nut-related lest things get squirrely) And the last is...well...Hydie: I heard there was a ball and I needed to go there! I just had to make my presence known!
Quinn: (angry) Is this going to be a thing now, Hydie?
Hydie: But I had nothing to wear...until somehow I remembered some pics that a friend took around this time of year...
Quinn: I swear I should keep Anna's portfolio millions of miles away...though they do have Venetian Carnival celebrations where...no Quinn don't justify it...
Hydie: Do I look right in this dress...and this wig...and this mask...will anyone know who I am?
Quinn: (cynically) I think the teal skin and muscles give it away...
Hydie: But I look so...beautiful...
Quinn: I wonder if Anna needs another dress or wig once this is over with...shipping charges to Austria probably are expensive but it's one less temptation for her...
It isn't the typical princess look but it is an experiment...

I'm not sure where the heck Hydie got the dress. It could have been Anna, but from the conversation it sounds like she got it elsewhere. (does Anna even have the means to make an outfit big enough for a Hyde?) As for Carol Ann: yeah she hasn't been used too much lately. Though you like her as a human or prefer her more "squirrely" side?
