May, 2004. I only respect the My Little Pony series -- as toys go, I'm really more of a Transformers fan. So... I combined the two. I had to.

This is the result: "Quasar", a Beast Wars -themed Transformer whose alternate form is none other than a My Little Pony. It took some serious thinking to come up with a name that would fit both a robot and a (male) pony, but... the rest is history.

Quasar's weapon is his sword, designed to be wielded in either one hand or two. It separates at the hilt for storage along his back, where he can wield it even in pony form.
