Description
This was my entry for the January 2018 Challenge at the Cartographers' Guild. The challenge was as follows:Basically everyone starts with the base document... it's blank except for the labels... you have to interpret the map from the label names and draw everything in.
1. You MUST keep and use ALL of the labels on the document. And by labels, I mean the words, not the font.
2. Every label must be in or very close to its starting position.
So every participant started with the same set of labels in fixed positions and drew their map.
I went for a scifi-fantasy post-apocalyptic setting. I wasn't able to finish it in time but decided to complete it anyway.

I'de love to commission you for a map like this some day if your interested. It's perfect for a Desert world setting.
That or buy your .PSD file off of you to attempt to deconstruct what you've done here and replicate the style myself.

It's not part of a larger piece, but it serves as a prove of concept for something I eventually want to try as a world setting.

This map will be my base setting for my first ever starfinder game in a few month. My game will be greatly inspired by Frank herbert Dune, and this map fits this perfectly well. Great thanks for this art works.
