This was made like a year ago so I can't exactly remember what I was thinking with her cutie mark, but from the looks of it I guess her talent would have something to do with make up perhaps?
And her accessories and her entire look in general is based off of the 'Scene Kid' style (choppy colorful hair, wearing kiddy jewelry, TONS of makeup, etc.) so to be honest, she's pretty much a parody of a scene kid more or less c:
