I think her hand (one on our left side and behind the hand with the gun) is probably wrong. From what I see I think she turns the back of her hand toward the viewers but in that case her thumb will be in the other side near the gun. The thumb will turn toward the head like this only if you turn the under side of the palm up
Other than that, I like how you shade the hair.

Favorite part of the artwork has got to be the armbands!! XD;;; But the design on the right of the hair is awesome too. I think these two part are just so completely original that it makes the artwok more enjoyable to view. ^.^
