Description
Some people asked me how I achieved the "painted picture" effect on my latest matte painting/photomanipulation "Foreign Land".Original artwork:
here are some steps I made in the progress of creating this picture. I ommited all steps connected to cropping, isolating and stitching stock pictures together, since there are like 5 billions of tutorials showing how to do it.
Sorry for my poor english skills, if somenting is not clear, just comment, and I'll try to explain the step the best I can.
