This is extremely gorgeous. I love how you made the water and the sky mesh into one, like an endless picture. The clouds look so fluffy! They're so beautiful! Also, the shadow of the angel in the water looks so soft. <3 And you say you can't do backgrounds?
I hope there isn't anything that happened to make you draw this picture...

I really can't do backgrounds ;A;. If the character actually had any detail, it'd be horrible fail, right there ahaha. Although water and clouds are alright. I don't have the patience to draw cities or trees /sob. Or furniture. Evil, evil furniture.
