To celebrate the recent release of Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie, I made it as a crossover of The Simpsons and the cover of the first book.Originally, Skinner was supposed to be Captain Underpants, but I choose Homer Simpson instead for 3 reasons. 1) He's not fat. 2) He's a bit older than the captain. And 3) He's not bald ! FUN FACT: Originally, Skinner was supposed to be bald and he wears a toupee, but it was scrapped because they tought it wasn't funny.
