I made a blob doodle a while back but wasn't too keen on Elle's face so sometime last May, when I had a spare bit of time and some paper, did a different version. I've been meaning to post it ever since. ^__^This took a few scans to put together, the scrap paper was reather large. It makes a good poster on my wall.
Oooh, and this was drawn with an indian ink brush pen. Very relaxing.

indian ink brush pen?! what, like a pre-loaded paintbrush? i use pen and ink alot at college, but i have never heard of a brush pen using ink before - is it special, or just a fine brush? lol that sounded a bit interoggation-ish. sorry.
i adore the re-design of this image, it flows much better and yes her face has improved.

It is gorgeous... although when i first saw it my mind went to the movie called the black swan because of the mix of white and black feathers in your art composition..... then again it is also because i just finished watching that movie but still it is gorgeous.

So much to love here - the sepia wash to the pic, the over the shoulder glance, the fresh feeling of the wind, the originality of a feather cape, and the slim vertical frame. Great work!!
