Wow, I really know how to distract myself when I'm supposed to be doing essays. College guys, you really have to kick my ass when I get back.LOL Check out the crap shadow. XD I really don't know how to use PS properly. I still struggle with masking.
Its Linder again. I really like drawing him. He's fun. Terrible perspective though, bleh! Must learn perspective too.
*sigh*
Oh yes he has a bow. Need to biggup the elf steriotype XD

The linework of the face is done very well. Anatomy works here (how tall are elves suppose to be anyway?
I don't see much problem with the shadow. Just having one put in at all creates a lot of depth. And the red shirt/jacket(?) has a good contrast with all the other earthy looking colors.

whats wrong with the shadow? looks cool. I cheat. Select around the character, go select->inverse. open new layer behind character, fill in black. Use transform-> distort to shape the shadow, set the layer to soft light or opaque and thats my lazy way. I dont like masks. :s

Love the character! Drawing things in perspective is fun but really challenging. But when you get it right it can look really cool! 
The shadow makes a nice effect on the picture.

Yeah, I never bother with shadows much, so it was refreshing to use.
XD I hate perspective. It means I have to CONCENTRATE. Really hard lol. Your right though. It looks awsome when done right. I just need to practice a bit more.

Life is so cruel. I only do good work when I'm supposed to be doing more important things. When I have free time to do what I want I find myself unable to draw at all. It sucks XD
