Here's Gilmari. One of my older characters. She has been under development since 2001, and I'm still unsure as to what to do with her style wise. She was originally a Mermaid but recently been drawing her as a water Nymph. I prefer nymphs, I like drawing the human form in an environment where gravity isn't such a drag, hence in the water. Saying this, she's not even in the water here. I had a bit of free time during college so I borrowed a wacom and started colouring her
I'm really pleased with the hair. It took a while.

I try. Your characters have the cheek blushes that Skydoll seems to incorporate, plus your design. Now if only I could find an English copy of that comic.

I've got the english version. Heavy Metal magazive recently published the entire collection in english but I thinks it off the shelves by now. which is poo. Me and my friend were grabbing for the last one. I won. The story is really good! Skydoll is amazing. I only discovered it this year.

Thanks, I just got the issue off the Heavy Metal website. I love the internet. So is the magazine really long or is Skydoll just really short? I hope it's not the latter, I can never find on what it's about or how long it is, but the artwork is entrancing

It's like three large chapters in one and the ending is COMPLETELY left open. Ive been looking for a potential fourth volume but alas, no luck. Its a great read though and the characters are ace!

The hair looks great. I also love the tattoos on the character. The blush on her cheeks and the redness in her knees and shoulders really look awesome. Again, looks great.
