The way she's holding the gun looks weird. It doesn't look like she's actually holding it, but just putting her hand on top of it, aside from her pinky. Her left leg's weirding me out too, because of that lump near the back of her knees. It looks like she has a tumor or something.

It's his nickname. He got it based on his personality and Scandinavian heritage.
