Description Wow this was, like, the most time consuming colouring job I have ever done!
lol, yeah I know. Bit flat isn't it (no, not sally's chest). I was going to do some cel like shading for this but I just really liked the flat colour. I thought it worked better.
This is sally. She's blonde but not dumb. This drawing came about cos I wanted to do something really cartoony, like on the level of WB. I really enjoyed doing this.

Excellent cartoony look! I actually saw a quick glimpse of the lines in life drawing ages ago and thought 'cool'. Really nice stuff, and the flats work great. It doesn't over complicate and push aside the design.

Thats good cos I thought of that when I was drawing her. She was originally going to have a pink 50's style skirt, but then I liked her legs too much so I got rid of it.

Excellent choice - the slightly more tomboy shorts are far more charming and add a great deal to the retro feel.
