This was a goodbye drawing for my old cat. we put him down just 3 days ago, because he was getting multiple problems with his age. he was going blind, as well as going deaf and his bones were aching so much he walked like a German shepherd more than a cat. but even though he had those problems he seemed so happy, so that why we waited so long. but then recently we decided it was time to put him down. He was purring all the way, so i know he died happy. I'd rather have him die happy and unknowing than waiting for him to get worse or even sick :/so this is a parting gift of a sort. Thank you for 17 years, you belong in cat heaven now <3
the golden area is my new awesome metallic golden watercolor, they made the piece look much more interesting.
