Today, I don't want it to be the same as yesterday. But, over and over and over again, nothing ever changes, what is the fucking point? The rain never stops falling on this city, and I don't want to be washed away. I can't live my life this way. If this is the last day that I ever breathe. I don't want to regret the things I could have done

Very atmospheric, I must say.
It's fantastic how... if you look at this for longer, you can see the rain and its effect on the already flooded land.
The monochromatic aspect sets the mood quite well, and the vignette centres our attention and focus, which is pretty cool, too.
