size: 8.5x11 inches
time: not sure but it took a few weeks to finish.
i would draw a little here and there, trying not to think about it too much, i wanted it to be quick and spontaneous, but that's difficult with any detail.

I have to be honest -- I normally HATEHATEHATE abstract art... most of the time it makes no senst to me and seems like someone just slopped colour on canvas or paper and put a ridiculous price tag that does nothing but offend me -- but this is some of the most AMAZING "abstract" art I've ever seen in my life. You've totally won me over! The amount of work and time you've obviously put into this isn't going unnoticed. It keeps the eyes moving over the work, and makes you want to look for something familiar, but it doesn't leave you feeling "nervous" from over activity. The colours you use while bright, are so well placed that they seem more cool and comforting than harsh and psychedelic. This is a wild piece, and I have to say, "Dahlin', you're going in my watch list!". Wonderful work!!!

Aside from the colors, the textures and shapes remind me of something you would see in medical textbooks. Insides of living things. Beyond that, it's an amazing piece. Very colorful and detailed. I'm sure that it took a month, many many hours. I'm extrememly impressed.

Hey, how did you get such large prints available for something that was drawn only on 8.5 x 11 paper?
Honestly! I can't even get them to make my 18 x 24 canvas size paintings that large, and I know all about the aspect ratio and such. What did you do?
