Description
Character Design based on the Freikorpsen that roamed around Germany after WWI. The Freikorpsen were mostly comprised of veteran WW1 fighters who found it hard to get back to civilian life and had trouble accepting Germany's loss in the war.

All equipment this character wears is based off historical German WWI-era equipment. The skull on his chestplate is based off the Prussian Totenkopf, a symbol that was very popular with the Freikorpsen and later also adopted by several German forces in WWII. There is lots of photographic material of the Freikorpsen painting the skulls on helmets and armored vehicles so I put it on some trench armour in a not very subtle Punisher reference. The hat he wears is loosely based off a Bavarian hunter's hat and his brassard (armband) bears the logo of his (fictional) Freikorps, colours loosely based of the Bavarian flag.
