It's a very nice picture. You've got a lot of good detail in the face and the hair. the torso seems fairly accurate as well.
There seem to be two problems with this, however. The first is the hands. (I know, I know, hands are hard to draw correctly.) However, the fingers look like they're bent backwards. The other thing is that the tail is in a bad place. First of all, catgirls usually don't sit on their tails. Secondly, when reduced in size as in the thumbnail, it looks like she has a doomc**k.
I see some potential in you, but you really need to work more. In your later pictures, you do show improvement. Keep at it.
