Description
This is the sixth flag I have made like this, (though I forgot to take a picture of the fifth one).Like the others it has a unique border/background, in this case the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution.
Did I ever mention, that I write out all the borders by hand? I print the text, then trace all the lettering on to the colored tracing paper I use for the borders. So much time, but I love the way it looks!

I haven't counted the ones on this one in particular, but I think I've guestimated that the number I typically use on one of these flags is about 1200 give or take a few.
