I have considered why only a couple of the queens appeared in the tapestries. It's kind of obvious that Star carries a part of each one (not sure about the two whose name were never oficially released but considering one looks all cute, you can guess is the part of Star that created her spells). Solaria for her desire to fight, Moon is her mother and Eclipsa because she defies tradition and is not afraid to push her limits.Β
And Celena because... She has a closet full of secrets?

Like I said, we didn't have their names for a long while so I wasn't sure what their role was.
Now that we know, I believe Festivia represents the wreckless 'I don't want to be my mom' side of Star, who wants to have fun and is full of positivity. For Crescenta, I think she represents the sweet side of Star, the one that makes her want to help others and do good. Now that we know Crescenta is the Eager, that seems so much more likely, since Star doesn't wait around but moves to do what she thinks is right.
