Description
We had the opportunity to release these baby green turtles that were only a day old. This was a close up of one of them.Taken in Malaysia.
Update: Because of the amount of views and favourites, I've decided to manipulate it a little. Now it's a little less blurry, with a border, and a removed date.

I love this shot~ but, wasn't it illegal to do anything to help the babies get to the water? I thought they need the process of walking there on their own to work on their instincts or something like that xD

Yeah we did. We took them up to about 10m away from the water and had a big race. Mine got stuck in a footprint, but he made it eventually. We watched all the turtles swim, for as long as we could see them. It was a moving experience...

Thanks. XD but we didn't actually eat them. The girl holding it is one of my friends who came on the Malaysian school tour. They had about 10 which we all got to release.
