Story behind this one... lets seee..... I believe we sometimes.. as humans.. make choices and mistakes that make us appear as horrible.. "ugly people".. we are selfish at times... and this character is showing pain and suffering.. CRYING OUT for his beauty within to outshine the nasty that we sometimes show... .. um

What I get from it is that this dude is crying because he has just cleared out his third eye aka the pineal gland. He is truly seeing the beauty of the Truth and is rejoicing to the spiritual world.
