Description
Was walking home after work and saw how high my hood stayed up after pulling it back.Also wanted to do a simple head shot of stu that didn't take me weeks to do like the previous paintings, plus learning to loosen my brush strokes and better mark making. Also redesigned the headphones again to something better.
Feck I want to go up there so badly.....

Hey Kyle, well this is the first place I upload stuff onto as my site hasn't been updated in over 2 years.
I have been trying to get some pieces done, but ever since I started my new job last year time has been hard to squeeze in extra drawing time at home.
So please just be patience and I'll try and get some new pieces up asap. Plus might have some posters to give away :]

Ever heard of the begining theme to the video game Bari-Arm? Well, I think that little piece of music would go just perfectly with this beauitiful artwork...very nice!!

You really captured a wistful feeling that just permeates the entire scene. I love the angle of the character and his positions in relation to the entire piece. The background is also top-notch The whole thing really looks like a painting (which would beg the question: is it a painting and I'm just dumb?). Great work.

The BG is a mixture of painting with photos as I'm still learning colours and nature is way better than I with them. The rest is all just brushes in photoshop.

the eyes are the windows to the soul, and i am looking through a stained glass window!

Yeah I find eyes are the most important part of a character illustration as your focus switches to that first.

Thanks, and I do want to get more drawings done, its just tricky when you have to work 50 hrs a week. Have a black and white piece lined up for this particular character, just need the time to finish it :]
