How even do you intend to have that
Look into someone's past and hire in priority the one who got his lunch stolen in middle school?

No; equality of opportunity is inapplicable
Not to mention, it often ends up implying just discriminating on the basis of race and sex

Because not always if you give people from said demographics equal opportunities, it is going to work out good. I am transgender. I need an opportunity to have a hormonal therapy. Cis people don't need such an opportunity. If we all are supposed to have an equal start, should I be left without it, or they wasted resources on? I don't like either.Β

What? All people should have the opportunity to fully express their gender without (or with at least as possible) constraints. Cis people can generally do such a thing without hormonal therapy. Many trans people can't. You've kind of forced things a bit.

oooh! that's pretty awesome, makes sense too. I realize when I say "equal rights" I mean equity. Hmm!
