I've only recently considered myself a crybaby (when I say recently, I say about 2 months was when I finally admitted that I'm a crybaby), yet crying shows we're being human and in addition, being strong means you can cry. It's not a sign of weakness.
I insist on being discreet whenever I cry, as I don't want sympathy, criticism or anyone calling me a baby.

I don't like to cry but we all have to let all that stress and sadness off our shoulders at some point. Crying may not look to good on the outside but it does help to just cry.

:S when i cry my grandmah threatns to stab me (she doesn't have the guts to do but it's still scary)
