Her dress and the background really work well here, and the only thing that annoys me just a little bit is the fact that she turned her head to the left and then just slightly back sloped it. It looks a bit too "posed" for me, and the model left that impression like she's just not interested enough.
I think it would look better if she only turned her head to the left, and if her look was more focused.
