A little experimental thing of Phineas! I did this to express some frustration (honestly can't quite remember why, maybe theft?) a while back and finally got around to finishing it. I never draw her using her smoke so this was a nice test, I'm still trying to find out the best way to draw it. Phin has this breath weapon that's a weird mutation from her fire and water abilities, she exhales this glittery blue steam. It can make people feel dizzy, light headed, and sleepy in small doses, and in large doses can cause paralysis. She isn't very good at using it and instead it comes out when she's emotional, as it calms her down, but it's fun to draw in scenes like this. I also messed around with adding bigger scales and more defined muscle, to make her a bit more "dragony". It's so nice to have another good piece of Phin
