dude you just don't know how much this creation will look better if you'll change the font and make the text even on both sides... check out verdena or arial fonts...

Its a great idea how you let the layout interact with the background. But I would like it, if the contrast between the red and the grey would be a bit stronger. But that only an idea and Im not sure if it would work. And its already great the way it is

The maroon text could stand to be a bit brighter to bring it out and make it easier to read, but other than that, great job! Love how the cloud imagery is used...
