The Ace of Cups takes its imagery from the Water Song. The boys of the royal house of Ua each do their years of service to the reigning Raba so that she might tap their magic to help the kingdom. Each one is bound into a small box, which opens into a space as infinitely big as they could imagine. There is no pain or want within the kifu. There are no restrictions at all, save that the boy is cut off from the outside world. By bending and shaping the magic which emanates from the kifu, the Raba can bring prosperity to the land.

As Ua is ravaged by drought, one person discovers that the kifu are leaking....
