just need to say this. jealousy reins supreme becuase i would love to have the ability to draw that. if u seen what i have it looks nothing like it and btw how do you do this on a pc or drawing pad or what i am really curious as an AA(aspiring artist)

to be perfectly honest with you, I didn't expect this outcome, normally I don't like how some of my drawings come out
...and I'm pretty sure if you were to practice (I know everyone says this but it's kinda true XD ) you'll become much better and improve, I still look at other peoples work and think 'my god, why can't I do that?'
And yes, I draw on my laptop using Photoshop Elements 8 and a Trust drawing tablet

looks a little devilish. but i must say it is quite good from a rating of 1 out of 20 ill give it a 17 out of 20 becuase it instills fear into me but also a strange sense of joy but i see no ire honestly so i do not quite understand your title.
