Whoo, after a bit of a block and a break I decided to pick up my tablet pen again. Without really thinking about anything this just popped out.This was a character born from a year ago on one particular snow day. It was snowing heavily and everything was completely buried. Strangely enough I heard this tiny peeping sound outside and when I looked out my window I saw a bright red cardinal perching on a bare branch. Thats when I started to really love cardinals thus he was born somehow.
The concept of this piece was spurred on by my childhood dream of seeing something I drew on paper to come to life. I'm pretty sure every kid wanted that dream to come true.
Anyways, I might develope him more sometime soon. You can see the cardinals like him alot. x3;I tried a bit of perspective practice, not too sure if I pulled it off. oo;

cool! but i would recomend you to add little shines to the boy (for that i normally use aerograph)
