Might scrap this later.Pretty much just an experiment, an attempt at a more cartoon-ish style. Originally this character was supposed to be a design for a TF2 Spy genderbender but it's not necessarily that anymore. (I might do an actual gender swap of a Spy some time, though.)
Lazy shading, wonky anatomy, lulzy perspective... yeah, but it was pretty fun anyway.
Basically I just wanted to draw a chick in 1920ies/1930ies fashion.

I especially like your border. I tend to get carried away with borders sometimes, at the cost of the actual picture. This one is elegant without overshadowing the girl.

I haven't played TF2 yet, but if it were to be a diesel punk setting, this would be a very cool design. I think it works well.

Actually I think it's pretty cool. I really love the coloring job you did on her and the animation style is very nice. The pose and her expression make her look kind of ditzy but in a good way.
I think you should try doing more like this.
