It's an apparition that appears during black outs and takes away people.

Lights go out in the hallway's space
Giggles and laughter can be heard from the place
But it's not a person or a human being you see
But of a child of white eyes and spirit that's free

They come across when the lights go out
So you better go hide and whisper, don't shout
For when they see you, you better just pray
For you'll be a child too, and you won't see the day...
